Remember the days when people used to write to each other... by hand? I do. Sure, email is convenient, but I love finding handwritten letters from family and friends in my mailbox. For this reason, the cartoon below doesn't really apply to me, but I do recall what it was like to get email for the first time. How time flies....

I agree that anything handwritten is so much more personal. It's not that email can't be personal too, but holding letter in hand is tangible and therefore so much more real.
